We offer free delivery worldwide on most items. Where free delivery is not offered we will highlight this in the product description and at checkout.
Please note: where a shipping fee has been charged, no refund will be given if the address has been provided incorrectly, customs rejects the order or if the customer refuses to pay any required taxes.
We DO NOT ship to: Angola, Brunei, Chad, Crimea region of Ukraine, Cuba, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Iran, Laos, Libya, Liberia, Madagascar, Martinique, Mauritius, Myanmar (Burma), North Korea, Republic of Congo, Panama, Reunion (Bourbon), Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon), Seychelles, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Yemen.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible during working hours following checkout, with approximate delivery times as follows:*

Please note that we do not dispatch on UK or US public holidays, and there may be a backlog of orders after a holiday date causing your package to take an extra 1-2 days for delivery.

Please note that COVID-19 restrictions in some countries may cause delays to your delivery. This is due to special measures put in place to ensure the safety of our suppliers and delivery teams. If the parcel is delivered and you are not there to receive it, we will leave a card asking you to collect the parcel from your local mail sorting office. You can also have the parcel delivered to your work address if you are unable to receive it at home.
If your package is refused or unclaimed, or if the delivery address is incorrect and it gets returned to us, we will attempt to contact you to arrange a redelivery.
If this happens, you will incur a further shipping cost. If you no longer require the package, we will refund the value of the items, less any extra shipping costs incurred for the carrier to return the package to us. No shipping charges, original or otherwise, will be refunded.
Your purchase will be shipped from the USA or UK. Depending on your country of delivery you may be charged import duties. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any custom charges incurred by you. You should contact your local authorities for any further information.
