The Dianabol and T cycle is frequently the easy choice for most bulking bodybuilders due to its flexibility when it comes to cycle length. But if you go Dbol only, you’re limiting yourself to a 4-6 week window. If you decide to do a Dianabol stack, however, you can experience a longer cycle with Dianabol kickstarting the first 4 weeks before another testosterone completes the cycle.
Unsure on the perfect Dbol stack? Two popular go-tos include Dianabol with Deca-Durabolin or Dianabol with Testosterone Enanthate. However, don’t go stacking your cycle just yet, as you’ll need to maintain a high-calorie diet in order to manage growth.
Or, give one of the following a try:
- For maximum impact (both mass gain and strength), use Dbol with 200-400mgs of Trenbolone per week, or 300-500mg of Testosterone per week.
- Dianabol (per day) via an oral-only cycle of 10-20mgs with 10-20mgs of Turinabol (per day). You’ll be back to a 4-6 week cycle window, however.
- Get a great androgenic kick in your cycle with 500mgs of Equipoise or Primobolan a week with Dbol.

A Dbol stack – usually with testosterone – may be the slighter safer option due to its cycle length flexibility and testosterone’s power to minimise side effects.
While a Dbol only cycle, let’s be blunt here, are only good to kickstart your body with its first cycle. Or, if you’re well experienced in bodybuilding and Dbol cycles. So unless you’re in it for the long run, your gains will be short-lived.
So, why not explore a third option?
A far less risky, legal alternative. There are no unsightly needles involved, and yes, you can still expect incredibly gains, performance improvements and fat loss. But, what’s the catch? Well, your liver is still going to feel the effects – and we’re not talking positive ones. Your kidneys may also begin to suffer, plus, who wants the possibility of moobs, baldness and teenage acne on their doorstep?
Again, these alternatives might come with fewer risks, but your body is still going to suffer in the long run. Cycle usage is limited to 4-6 weeks and 20-30% of your gains can quickly disappear once your cycle ends. And, they’re not entirely legal shall we say.
