TesTotal combines D-aspartic acid, herbs and nutrients in two capsules. Its reviewed panel states 1,176 mg D-aspartic acid, 100 mg magnesium and 4 mg boron. These amounts make it assessable without pretending that a smaller daily serving contains the same formula as Testogen.
TesTotal includes P5P B6, so premium-form discussion should not erase its useful details. It does not include KSM-66, and its nettle is leaf extract rather than Testogen's root extract. Those are real composition differences, not merely different branding.
Why we would still put Testogen first
For the broad testosterone-support goal, Testogen offers the more extensive combination and named mineral selection. Its 13 active ingredients, disclosed amounts and short capsule-ingredient list explain the upgrade more clearly than a promise of faster gym progress.
TesTotal's higher magnesium weight does not overturn that preference, just as Testogen's higher zinc amount is not proof of a better result for every person. Each formula needs to be considered alongside diet and other supplements rather than ranked only by the biggest number.
