Ageless Male declares 600 mg Testofen in two tablets. That makes its fenugreek amount assessable against a study using the same named extract and dose. It does not establish that this four-ingredient bottle will improve a trained lifter's strength or body composition. 1
The label also gives 35 mg magnesium oxide, 30 mg zinc citrate and 10 mg pyridoxine hydrochloride. These entries are visible and specific. There is no ashwagandha in the supplied original formula, and claims about other Ageless Male versions should not be imported into this review.
Why Testogen gets our broader recommendation
Testogen combines a different fenugreek extract with KSM-66, D-aspartic acid and a wider nutrient profile. Its 100 mg fenugreek amount is not a substitute for Ageless Male's Testofen study dose. The recommendation rests on the rest of the formulation as well as that ingredient.
For an active reader, the distinction is between buying around one named botanical and choosing a broader daily blend. We favour the latter here, together with Testogen's mineral forms and short capsule-ingredient list. That preference should not be mistaken for measured superiority in muscle gain.
The DBULK option for a muscle-building goal
